Help with cause of death please

My great aunt died in San Francisco in 1924 - Cause of death is cerebral hemorrhage, but I can't figure out the other words to the right of "cerebral hemorrhage". Thanks

There also appears to be something relevant in the Number of Burial  Cert box too though not sure what it is.

The "interstitial 4 yr" refers to the nephritis, i.e. chronic interstitial nephritis.
