Welsh translation services?

Can anyone suggest a service? I don't speak any Welsh but have unearthed some 19th century Welsh newspaper articles about my great grandfather. They're not that long but they're too long to manage with the aid of online dictionaries, or by trespassing on members' good will in doing brief translations of inscriptions and the like. 

I've googled 'Welsh translation services' but the results seem to be firmly aimed at technical or professional stuff.  It's not that I'm unwilling to pay - it's just that I want to find an appropriate possibility.  Not necessarily asking people to commit to commercial recommendations; hints and tips would be equally welcome.

Have you tried Google Translate?
You can cut-and-paste paragraphs into it.
It's not perfect, but will give an idea.

On a Google page, click on "More", and then on "Translate"

You could alway try posting sections of it here. I'd be surprised if you don't get some help, and there's nothing to lose. People will only help if they want to.

This is just a brief reply to say thanks to everyone who's responded so far. I'm overwhelmed.

I will certainly have a look at Google translate K, and Llunwen, thanks so much. I would like to accept your kind offer, but will need a day or two to sort out the best ones to try. Will get back to you as soon as I can.

Hello mlb, many of us Welsh speakers have a good giggle at the best that Google can offer and online dictionaries have limitations; why not save your money and offer up the articles here? There are plenty of competent and obliging Welsh speakers ready to help; as an introduction, however, you might help us by letting us know how much you want translated - number of articles / columns / rough word-count. If you want quick results the whole could then be shared around between responding volunteers.

Well partly in the interests of giving you Welsh speakers a giggle at Google translation, here attached (I think!) is a brief article I tried out yesterday, plus the translation offered.

There's enough to tell me that Taliesin was probably commenting on the 1870 Dissenters Burial Bill. But it's pretty garbled and certainly not enough to get the real gist of what he was saying let alone why it might be "with his usual fun". Can anyone enlighten me more?

I am in (grateful) contact with llunwen and will be sorting out a couple of articles tomorrow.
