Pels, Suzy,

I looked at baptisms for Elizabeth Daniel on Cornwall OPC Database.
Found Elizabeth, 14th March 1824, St Just in Penwith.

Then I found, for the same parents, same location:
9th April 1826, Matthew
20th October 1833, Rosina
4th December 1836, Another Rosina
14th April 1839, Mary Ann

That family just seemed to fit?! ;D

As for Elizabeth, Madron is 6 miles from St Just in Penwith.
So looking good.

I have Elizabeth born in Zennor come the 1851 census under Elizabeth George.  Then she goes onto say St Just in later censuses.  I think her parents moved about a bit, and her father had a number of different occupations.
What I did find on the data base is that her mother was Catherine Oats, so I would think the other births to Matthew and Catherine are her parents Pels
The Nicholas or Nicholl family does connect via her mother in-laws side, not sure where a Henry Nicholl fits into the mix.

What I was trying to find out is if I got the right baptism for Matthew Daniel?   Found one close to the age group (28 May 1799) St Cleer, Cornwall.  As the census of 1841 does not actually say what area of Cornwall I am a little puzzled on which record could be him?  Checked both Matthew and Mathew and I am getting a few at that time.
