I am trying to find out if Berti E Heley and his wife Gertrude Heley former Cox had any children. They married 1916 Nottingham, then moved to Luton, Beds, where his familt came from.

There are none apparent on freebmd with the surname Heley mmn Cox with the right dates.  You can access this information yourself http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/cgi/search.pl   :)

Hi Tia

Have you got a copy of the marriage cert that shows Gertrude's maiden surname as Cox and that she hadn't been married before?

Have you also checked to see if he left a will which might name any possible children?
