William Saxby born Ramsey, Essex circa 1836

I wonder if anyone has any information about the Saxby Family from Ramsey, Essex.  In particular William Saxby born 1836/7.  I believe he married Sarah (Hume/Humm) in 1875 in Colchester and they had 3 children, George (1864, Colchester), Emily (1868, Colchester) and William (1870, Colchester), I am presuming that they married after the birth of their children, but I really can't make any sense of it.  I would appreciate any help.

The family appears to stay in St. James parish in Colchester, but can't find the marriage or baptisms for  the children in the main church. Maybe they were non conformists.

I have only just started researching my family and there seem to be numerous links to the family with the exception of William and Sarah, I have managed to find out that he set fire to a barn in 1844 and was sentenced at Essex Assizes and that he was an inmate at the Colchester Union Workhouse in 1911 but there are lots of missing links.  William's son George was my great grandfather so I am really keen to find out as much as I can given that he is a direct descendant!

By 1861 Joseph has remarried;

There are some very mixed up Trees with Joseph!
They have him marrying Isabella before 1st Child is born but she is born c 1823 Ramsey.
