Winnifred Richards Born 1911

My first cousin, thrice removed, was born Winnifred Richards to a single mother Jane Richards in 1911.  The 1911 census states she was one month of age at the time of the census.  They lived at Millpool Cottage in Germoe, Cornwall.  Other than the census record,  I cannot locate any vital records for Winnifred in the OPC Cornwall records.  She had a cousin, May Knight nee Richards, who moved to Plymouth, Devon in 1916 and later to Exeter, Devon.  I don't know if Winnifred followed.  Any help looking for her in Devon is appreciated.
