The marriage and children of George Williams b. 1784

Hello,

My GGG Grandfather was George Williams, who was at one time parish clerk in Llanferres and I believe he married Elizabeth Edwards and they had at least 5 Children.  My GG Grandfather, another George, was born in Llanferres in 1815 and was their eldest son.  Can someone please confirm these facts and give me details of George and Elizabeth's marriage?

Not sure if you have gone further back but there is a George W baptised in Llanferres on 26 Apr 1795 son of George and an Ann Lloyd. On the same page baptised on 25 Jan 1795 an Elizabeth Parry daughter of a Robert and a Grace Lewis.

Let me know if you would like me to look further back.

Incidentally the witnesses to the marriage are all in my tree with Adam Woodward marrying Barbara Roberts and Peter Edwards marrying Sarah who was Adam's sister.

Thank you both for your replies and apologies for taking so long to reply.  I have 5 children recorded for George and Elizabeth, George (1815), Barbara (1818), Elizabeth (1820), Harriot (1823) and Edward (1826), but other than George I have no baptism details.  I've also tracked Barbara and Harriot later in their lives, but Elizabeth and Edward remain a mystery, so any help appreciated, especially as Edward Williams throws up a few results!

There is a burial in Llanarmon for an Elizabeth on Sep 14 1821. Described as an infant and with the address Gwaen y Ffynnon
