Historic Cheshunt by Charles Percy Archer - Bellamy
« on: Tuesday 09 April 13 09:27 BST (UK) »
Hi
Does anyone out there have a copy of Charles Percy Archer's "Historic Cheshunt"?  I think there might be some important information in it with regards to the Bellamy family and was going to ask if anyone with a copy would be kind enough to look a few bits up for me.
Thanks in advance

Hi

This is all part of the Bellamy/Page requests?
(I was still checking your Uxendon/Preston request - my childhood was spent on Barn Hill)

You might like to check Hertfordshire-genealogy.co.uk, Chris may know of a copy (it is mentioned).

There is always HALS Online Names you could check for Bellamy

Thanks Ray

My search isn't connected to the one you've mentioned (well at least as far as I'm aware).  The reason I am searching for this book is because there is a chapter on The Round House, aka Effingham Place that may hold some interesting if not important information.

If anybody out there can help, it would be hugely appreciated.

Thanks  :)
