This is possibly the marriage of her parents.  George Otaway to Hannah Homes (Holmes) 1/10/1786 at West Clandon, Surrey.  According to the Surrey Marriage Index (SMI) George was from Woking so looks like a good fit.  Familysearch has her name as HOMES & the SMI has it as HOLMES,

George OTTOWAY 28/5/1823 age 62, Woking St. Peter.
Hannah OTTAWAY 25/1/1846 (no age) Woking St. Peter.

In the 1841 census, Hannah appears to be with John Lee & his family in Woking.  Her age is given as 77 & born in Surrey,

Francis Otway son of George was buried at St Peter's Woking 6 March 1808 (no age given)

Freereg has quite a few Otway variants in Surrey though not Woking.

I used to attend St Peter's as a young child, my brother was christened there

Hannah Homes baptised 5 Apr 1764 St Michael & All Angels, Pirbright, Surrey

(My copy of Surrey Baptisms NOT in the IGI from 2008 has the surname as HOMES)
