Looking at a lots if posts, i noticed most people list the area and names they are looking at at the very bottom of their post under a line

How do i do that?   
Sandwich:  SCOTT, EPPS, COCK
Margate:    SCOTT, COOPER, GRIGGS
Ramsgate:  COOPER
Canterbury: SCOTT, COOPER
Hull:           SCOTT, JENKINS, MEEKIN

All you do is go to your forum profile and alter the bit that says "Signature":
