Teesside archives - Farnaby inquest
« on: Sunday 14 April 13 09:47 BST (UK) »
Hi
I'm hoping someone can help me out with an inquest held on 7 March 1939 for a Emily Grace Farnaby?
I am looking for any records about her. She lived in Darlington Street, Thornaby and committed suicide at her home.
I'd appreciate any information especially her birthday
Thanks in advance

hi,
there is a tree on An.....y, birth cert has been uploaded & shows Emily Aske b.21 Feb 1892 to
 Elizabeth Aske a domestic servant.,Thirsk

According to the tree Elizabeth had three children prior to marriage to William Farnaby & they think that she changed her name to get married.

suicide 6 march1939 "while mind was unbalanced" sad story.

the notes are worth reading and may give a starting point.
