Marriage Lookup please - Hoare

May I ask please for any marriage information for Lucy Hoare born Rogate in 1785 and/or a Henry Pollard.  Dates would be from 1800 to about 1808 when first child was born.

Hello Verona,

I've had a look at the Sussex Marriage Index, but drawn a blank I'm afraid.

There is no Lucy Hoare coming up beteen 1800 and 1830. The only Rogate connection I could find was Ann Hoar/John Beacher at Rogate 27 April 1812.

The nearest Henry Pollard to your date was married to Jane Cobden at Midhurst in 1811.

Thank you for that - don't worry that it is negative because that is what I was hoping as it increases the chance of the marriage in Portsea which I have found being the right one.  And the Ann Hoare you have found may be a sister - do your records give parents or witnesses?
