Hello

I'm looking for Robert Palmer - Born 8.7.1916 in Surrey  - I believe he owned a Sweet Shop on the South coast, Eastbourne/Brighton around 1934 ish  - Not sure if this is my Robert Palmer
 
There is a death listed for Brighton 2005

It might be worth asking for a probate look up for the death in 2005.  That might give more clues.

FreeBMD lists no Robert Palmer marriages post 1930 in the Eastbourne area, but quite a few elsewhere in Sussex 1930-1950. 
Any idea of his middle initials or who he married?   Roy G
