Date a photo please

Hi all,

Came across this photo recently.
Here you see William Tell Nelthropp and probably Lizzie his wife.
They were married in 1898. William was much older then Lizzie ( at least 25 years). William died in 1907. I take it that only married couples had their photo taken???
They lived at 38 Harders Road Camberwell Peckham London in 1901.

This bodice style was short lived from around 1897-1900.

PS.
It wasn't only married couples who had their photos taken. It could be siblings, cousins, child & parent, engaged couples or just friends.
