Carrington Family

Hello
I am trying to track down the ancestors of Frederic Alonzo Carrington. He was born in Chelmsford and baptized there 26 July 1808. He was the third son of Elizabeth Peters and William Henry Carrington. I know that Frederic Alonzo came to NZ.
Any information regarding Elizabeth and William would be just great.
I know that Frederic's grandfather and great grandfather were prbendaries and chancellor of the diocese of Exeter. I would greatly appreciate any information regarding these two gentlemen.
I am trying to do the family tree for my grandchildren and son-in-law. Any help would be just great.

In 1787 JAMES Carrington was the Minister of this Parish as JAMES/ELIZABETH'S Baptism of their Daug states;
St Margaret, Topsham, Devon;
LAURA CAMPBELL Carrington, 06 May 1787 (married William BOYCE, occp Surgeon, 05 Oct 1815, 1841 Census they are in Surrey, all not born in County )
Other Children;

Now WILLIAM HENRY and Elizabeth must have been in Ireland at some time as there is this;

ELIZABETH SANDFORD, Bn Bickley nr Plymouth 6 Oct 1798 & baptised there 7 Oct 1798
ANN HALL, Bn Bantry in Ireland 10 Feb 1800 & baptised there 13 Feb 1798 (??)
WILLIAM HENRY, Bn Geneva Barracks in Ireland 25 May 1801 and baptised there 31 May 1801

EDWIN CHARLES MURRAY Carrington and Wife MARTHA Baptsied Children in Topsham 1817-1829
Edwin was a Lieut. R. Marines.
He Married Martha ELSWORTHY, a Minor, 21 Sept 1815, St Margaret, Topsham

According to a Tree he was the Son of Rev JAMES and Elizabeth nee TUCKER born c 1790 Topsham
