« on: Saturday 08 June 13 02:15 BST (UK) »
Hi

I am trying to trace the marriage of William & Abigal Street, parents of my ancestor John

John's baptism details

St Giles in the Fields
4 Oct 1818
John, of William & Abigal Street, 3 Mary Place, St Pancras, Sadler

Mary Place was an alleyway between Stanhope Street and Hampstead Road

Many thanks if you can locate

Steve

Hi Rosie

Many thanks for you help regarding Street Marriage search - it seems that it may have been a clerical (clergy) error

I am trying to check the 1841 Census - if it is John and Abigail, some of the Children may still be at the home in 1841?

I suppose Street was a very common name and John ........... needle in a haystack

Did the 1807 Marriage have any witnesses / occupations/ addresses

Once again, as always, you are very helpful

Best Wishes

Steve

Hi Rosie

I wanted to thank you for all your help again - Street is such a common name but I feel that my John (4 Oct 1818) parents were probably John and Abigail - fm other evidence it makes sense

Did you see any Ws at the Wedding of John and Abigail Forster or Parents Abigail's Father if listed cld give a clue to original name or a ws  - I'm hoping that its not too early

Once again, thank you so very much Rosie

Best Wishes

Steve

Hi Rosie

Many thanks for your help re info re Ws:

Rosie, Were there any Parents names mentioned - since Abigail was a Widow  - on the marriage certificate?

Maybe Boltess/ Hamp as with one of the Ws were related to Abigail?

Thanks for your help

Steve
