Dale - John Lawes Waters

Has anybody out there any knowledge, that they'd like to share with me, regarding the personal life of the below listed Royal Navy officer.

John Lawes Waters.  Born about 1765 (parents and date unknown). Commissioned as a RN lieutenant in 1796. Married Jemima (Allen?) before 1816 (location unknown). Two children, Jemima and Hugh, baptised at Dale in 1816 and 1818. Both children died young. John Lawes Waters died at Dale in 1837, as did his wife.

John Lawes Waters married Jemima Allen 11 July 1814,   Dale,Pembroke,Wales.

If you wished to confirm some of the above the National Archives hold his Lieutenants Passing Certificate in ADM 107/20 pages 182-184 included with this are his birth details.
