Hi There.  Having trouble finding Renferwshire Census 1911. I'm now thinking it may come under  another shire  near by.  Like some help.  I'm looking for Matthew [may be one t] Canavan brn 1887  Paisley Renfrew. Was a Paisley Coal Merchant.   May have been married to Mary McGuinnes then, their daughter Agnes was brn.1913, Renfrew.  Trying to follow Matthew's line.  Would like to hear from some one.  cheers, Trish , West.Aust.

the only place you can view the 1911 census is on Scotlands People
and it definitely comes under Renfrewshire 
doing a general search on above site
there is only one Mathew Canavan in the Paisley area he is aged 24

Hi

Matthew Canavan married Mary McGuinness in Paisley in 1907.

It looks as if the one Elaine has referred to is the one who married Mary - it says married 3 years, 2  children, both alive - Andrew, 3 and Mary, 1. Matthew is recorded as a Hammerman.  Born Paisley. Aged 24 (i.e. b.c. 1887). 13 Whitehead Street, Paisley, Renfrewshire.
