Canal Boatbuilders: Tipton, Dudley and area
« on: Saturday 10 July 04 15:11 BST (UK) »
So far I have researched my family roots as Canal Boatbuilders to 1842 when my GG Grandfather, Jospeph Taylor was born. His father was James Taylor (married to Elizabeth Billingham) so I am nearly another generation further back. Anyone with knowledge about any Taylors who were Boatbuilders (or Timber Merchants) please get in touch.

Also, following my ancestors: Patrick of Rowley Regis. They were Tailors by occupation.
