All Beds parish register entries pre 1813 have been transcribed and are available from Beds Family History Society parish by parish. Many on this board have these transcripts for the parishes in which they're interested.

There are over 3000 HILL(S) entries in Beds on the IGI which Rosie mentioned, so you need to be more specific if you are looking for a particular Hills family
