National Archive lookup if possible Please

If anyone is going to the National Archive for research may I ask if it would be at all possible to have a lookup on the following records. WO345/21 War Office: Japanese Index Cards of Allied POW & Internees, Goodwin-Griffin. I am looking for the details relating to Edgar Bruce Green who was an internee at the Santo Tomas Camp, manila Philippines 1941-1945. Any help appreciated.
