In 1861 he is with parents and siblings in Campbells Court, Madron.
RG 9/ Piece 1593/ Folio 86/ Page 1
Father is Augustus 39 b Penzance, mother is Jane 38 b St Just.

Thank you for that - yes found that it's after the 1871 census that I can't find.

A few thoughts:

He was a mason in 1871, so he could have travelled almost anywhere for work.
There were plenty of building projects requiring masons, everywhere ;D

There are numerous deaths for Jeremiah Sullivan, of approx. the right age, all over England/Wales! ::)

He may have emigrated?
Unfortunately, no UK Departing Passenger Lists until 1890.
