Death date for JANET PUGH

I am hoping someone can help me find a death date for a Janet Watson Pugh.
She was born Janet Watson McLuckie in Scotland on the 3rd February 1891 and married David Parker Pugh in Kilmarnock, Scotland in 1916. In 1920 the family emigrated to America.

Janet Pugh last appears on the 1930 census with her family living at Abington, Montgomery, Pennsylvania. On the 1940 census David Pugh appears to have married again. So it seems likely Janet died between the 1930 and 1940 census but I have not been able to find the date.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thank you crisane that has narrowed it down a little more.
It now seems her death occurred between between 1934 and 1940.

You will have to search via soundex code:  Pugh =  P 200 (once you find the P200s, it is alphabetical on the given name)

I've done a quick search from 1933 to 1940 and found 1 possibility:

The 1940 Census indicates that David, Caroline, and the children were all living in the same house in 1935, indicating either a divorce or death prior to 1935.

Maybe, since the youngest daughter was born ~ 1935, Janet died in childbirth. (sorry, that was 1930, --saw the 5 on the school grade and misinterpreted it as age)

Many thanks for your help. It is much appreciated.

Not sure about the 1938 August death for Janie Pugh. The age is four years out so I will give this one up for now.

The Pugh family made many trips back to Scotland over the years. David taking Carrie back in 1959.
