Jenny Bridle?

Hello,

I am having troubles finding Jenny Bridle in the 1891 census.  She was born in 1886 in Portland, Weymouth Dorset.  I have found her as a servant in 1911 at the age of 25 as "Jeany" Bridle and I also found her visiting friends (the Dukelows) in 1901 in London as J. Bridle.  I would like to find her in the 1891, can anyone help please?

If so - could her mother have married pre-1891 and Jenny is under her married name in 1891

Hello,

Her birth was registered in 1886 in Dorset (Weymouth) as Jane Bridle.  By 1901 at the age of 14, she was visiting in London under the name J. Bridle.  In 1911, she was listed as Jenny Bridle, aged 25, as a domestic servant in Portland, Dorset.  I know that she married in 1920 in West Ham Essex, but I don't know who her family were.

I think you need her birth cert.  Fanny Dukelow was nee Hounsell so no obvious connection to Bridle
