This is a long shot ! ,I googled Barclay Family ,Cadoxton ,Wales Today 21/7/2013. I live in Wales by the way.
Up came a search by Paul Barclay on Ancestry from 27th March 1999 on the same subject.
 I've just checked but His post is no longer there.

 If you know Paul ask him to get in touch, I have lots of info to share.

I have a search request that dates to 1920 . I hope I can count on your help with this at some time in the near future. I take it you are in Australia ....if you are that will help
