Hong Kong circa 1920

Hi
Still trying to identify a studio photo of a soldier circa 1920 in Hong Kong. I've attached the full photo and a close up of his medals and the studio name which was at 39a Queens Road Hong Kong.

I've looked at Gwulo Hong Kong and discovered a Frederick Crocker who died age 37 in 1921. a private in C company 2nd batt, Wiltshire Regiment, but I'm now thinking Fred is not my relative.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can take this further please, I would really like to find out who he is.

Studio looks like either
A Ont Co   OR   A On & Co

The Commonwealth War Graves Commission has the information on the death/burial place of Frederick Crocker. His WW1 records may/or may not have survived the bombing of WW11. They could provide information as to who his parents/birthplace and wife/children (if any) if they are included in the surviving records. That is if 1921 deaths are with the regular WW1 records.
