What is the question here?

Or is this just a statement that Henry Downes was born in Brisbane in 1933?

Your queries and answers are very abrupt.   Sorry, but we want to help and without your input just cannot do so...

AS for no LINK in UK   how do you know that without further information, we have Downes going out to Australia very early on and there just may be a link there!!!
