Mary Podmore Findlay

My relative Mary Podmore Findlay was born in Stoke-on-Trent in 1904.I'm having trouble finding out how her death is recorded under the name of Mary Podmore Gray in Shrewsbury in 1971.Help please!

I'm  sorry it seems I've been looking at too many names today!Her name should have read May Podmore Findlay and there is a marriage of a May P Findlay to an Otis P Gray  in Surrey in 1948.

Just about to post that but it gave an alternative name ........Crichton or Findlay.

Have you looked for a marriage in Scotland/Ireland/abroad?

The name is May Podmore Findlay.She first married it seems a Dimitry D Crichton in 1935.They must have divorced as he is still alive in 1955.
