i have a walter hughes at yatton on 1901 census it says. mabel  (sarah ?)  adopted daughter.did she die as she wasnt in his will.or no one mentioned her

BUT she is a servant rather than a daughter?!

1 yr old Mabel C Sweet (Katherine/Catherine) is with William and Elizabeth Sweet. One assumes they are her grandparents, but the relationship on the image is unclear. Looks like 'something' of daughter.
Maybe she is the illegitimate child of a daughter.
