Property in st david street llanfaes brecon

How can i find out please the tenants/owners since the 1800's for a property in the above street.
do i need to go to library or council.  i think the property housed tenants over the years.  thanks

FindMyPast has address search facility on all censuses so you could either buy credits or a subscription.  That would only be every 10yrs though.   

People moved around a lot in those days so if you wanted to track the tenants during a lesser period - you would have to check whether electoral registers exist for the period of your search
