« on: Thursday 22 August 13 15:18 BST (UK) »
hi there I am looking for a relation of mine on the 1851 & 1861 census I cannot seem to find her     :( (she is on the 1841 census married to joseph) she lived in burton upon Trent area and her name is Ann peace her husband Joseph bullock died in 1850 and she had one child.
I found her in the next census 1871 still living in burton and now married to a Thomas devereaux surname might change slightly as it is very unusual. hope anyone can help
thanks
jill

What is her year of birth and the name and year of birth of the child please

OK I see its circa 1818 for Ann

And Alfred born circa 1845 burton
James Stott c1775-1850. James was born in Yorkshire but where? He was a stonemason and married Elizabeth Archer (nee Nicholson) in 1794 at Ripon. They lived thereafter in Masham. If anyone has any suggestions or leads as to his birthplace I would be interested to know. I have searched for it for years without success. Thank you.

1851 census,

Ann Tallock 35
Alfred Tallock 7
Mary A Taylor 18

HO107/2012/282 p 33

The original is very hard to read,
James Stott c1775-1850. Thank you.
