I have been sent this email:

So possible stupid question time, how does one access the premium content as it is no letting me, is it because I have had a 14 day trial before perhaps ?

That  could be possible  ,  as  I recall  when  Ancestry.com   had  a  free trial   I  used it  , then when they  had  it  again ,  I couldn't access it   and  it said  I'd already   had  used   the freebie  !

If that is the case you would think their system would know that the address that the email was sent to had already been used in the free trial.

 Yes I  would have thought  all    these type of  sites would have the same system   doesn't appear so  for the Genealogist site, unless  there's some sort of  glitch  in their  system ?
