Marriage look up parishes of Westfield / Hurstmonceaux

I am trying to find the marriage of a William Anscomb / Anscombe of westfield, sussex, bnc 1795 to a Jane of hurstmonceaux bnc 1800. 

 I have no idea as to year or what of the 2 parishes.
 
Am interested in Jane's maiden name, as I am trying to establish their relationship to an Eliza B Plumb  who is with them on the day of the census in 1841.

The only marriage on the Sussex Marriage Index is William to Jane West at Westfield in 1816.  Not sure that that fits well with their ages and of course the 1841 does not show relationships so they could be brother and sister.  Do you have them in a later census as you know she is born in Hurstmonceaux?

I think you are right as I just went onto the family search  org site and found a Jane West baptised 12.06.1799 hurstmonceaux  ( parents James West & Ann Avery )

From the census details quoted husband and wife.

in 1851 they are living in Apple lane, westfield , and jane is quoted being born Herstmonceaux
in  1861 & 1871 Jane is widowed and living at Hylands Cottage , Westfield.
she is quoted as being born in Bold St Green in the  1861 census  and Herstmonceaux in the  1871

I found in the sussex poll of 1820 that a William Anscombe was living in the abode owned by John Hyland.

I was trying to rule out that Jane Anscombe in the 1841 census is the mother of Eliza B Plumb and that William is her stepfather, and now with  thanks to you I have now been able to do so.
A Jane Plumb in 1841 aged 35 was working as a servant in Chichester , so I was  pressuming that Eliza was being looked after by relatives.   

Jane Plumb's parents were George Plumb ( bnc 1772) and Sarah Anscomb ( bnc 1769 westfield )
So I now pressume that William Anscombe  is somehow related to Sarah Anscomb ( bnc 1769 ) and will have to try and find the connection.
