Thomas Blizzard
« on: Sunday 08 September 13 15:51 BST (UK) »
Thomas Blizzard married Susannah Kamp, St Mary's parish records 26 December 1744 - seven children followed between 1745 and 1766 including a Thomas on 16 May 1756. A Thomas died in June 1789 - father or son?  And all important where did father come from. Battling with this one for the past years - any thoughts anyone? ;D

From BucksFHS. St Mary's, Princes Risborough Transcripts CD.

Burials.

20 Aug 1745. A stillborn child of Thomas & Susannah BLIZZARD.  (This child would not have been baptised for obvious reasons). :(
16 Jun 1767 -  Ann BLIZZARD.  (Possibly the daughter baptised in 1753).
26 Jun 1789 - Thomas BLIZZARD.
5 Oct 1790 - The Widow BLISSARD.

I would assume the last 2 burials are the parents, Thomas & Sussanah.

No ages given for the burials.

All the Blizzard/Blissard records, start in 1744(marriage) and end in 1790(burial).  No marriages or burials for the children.

I would suggest a BucksFHS, search for a Thomas Blizzard/Blizard/Blissard baptism in Bucks, from their database.

Steve. :)
