East Ham Marriage 1820
« on: Tuesday 10 September 13 14:04 BST (UK) »
Hi
Found a marriage in Family Search for Robert Saggers and Mary Ann Fisher in 1820, but no details.
If someone has access to the marriage registers for East Ham parish church could they please do a look up for any further details? ie abode, age or witnesses please?
Helen

There is also a Robert Saggers marrying a Mary Insole in Barking in 1823, both parties widowed.

Many thanks for your reply, it's a shame that there are no parents at this time.
Do you have access to banns?  I'm wondering if they would give more info on residence?
What I am looking for is a Robert Saggers who lives in Barking and is a carpenter. He married Mary Insole in 1823 and he was a widower, so I'm looking for the previous marriage. He was baptised in 1793 in Barking, so he could have married 1809-23. This one looked likely but as he is a widower I have my doubts!

Banns don't seem to be available. Have you got Roberts actual baptism?
