Stewart's from Perthshire

Hello List,
I was wondering if someone can help.
I have a Annie McIntrye Aikman she was born 1846 Kilmadock, on the 1871 Census  she is going under the family name Stewart, she is living at the cotton mill at Deanston, with her Mother Helen Stewart and her illegitimate children Ellen(Helen) Dixon(Dickson) 4 and Annie 8mths old.
I can not find a death for Annie Stewart or Aikman or her children, Helen and Annie, also I had a look for them on the 1881 census no joy, her mother Helen Stewart is on the 1881 census living with her other daughter and her family Helen Stewart married name Brown at Dunblane.
Hope you understand all that.

There is an Ellen Dickson of the right age born Perthshire but living in Blythswood Lancrkshire on the 1881 Census. https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/KMNR-78X
Have you looked at this girl on Scotlands People and ruled her out?

Have you looked for a marriage for Annie snr?

Is Deanston in Stirling?  If so - where were the 2 children born as you have posted on the Perth board

In 1871 their address was G 3rd Division Kilmadock and Annie is shown as b Doune, Perthshire and her children Deanston Perthshire

Her mother was 66 b St Ninians Stirling

The 1881 entry you mention shows Helen Stewart b Alloa, Clackmannanshire - different to the 1871 entry

Helen Stewart, on the 1861, 1871 and the 1881 census is the same person.
will look for Helen Dickson and see if she married.
