How frustrating: none of my family members are showing up, and I know they're there (have the images to prove)! Funny that I had no trouble finding them in the same database when I had a subscription some years ago. I'm disappointed, as I have unearthed some new names and was eager to check them.

I often find that names have been transcribed a bit haphazardly in these online indexes. It's too late now but I try to search for names using soundex, wild cards, misspellings etc.
