Birth Record Edward Harry Lowe after 1911

Anyone around that can help find info on Edward Harry Lowe, he would have been born after 1911 to Harry and Jane Lowe (haven`t been able to find their marriage date either)...Harry was a Cigar Maker and from his Mother`s Probate Edward was a Tobacco Worker in 1960.
