Hi,
Some idea of dates would be helpful. I can find a marriage of James Kelly to Catherine McCloskey in Dungiven Roman Catholic Church in 1904 and if this is a relevant marriage it is highly unlikely that any information of childrens 'marriages will be on-line.

I don't really have dates, I believe that is the correct james and Catherine, thankyou very much.  Leaving their wedding most probably in 1904, where can these records be found?  Thanks very much.

Have you done your DNA at all? I have managed to learn quite a bit about my McCloskeys from Dungiven through my DNA cousins. Trouble is that McCloskey is a very common name. Roots has excellent records and you will find some records too from 1860s on on the Irish Genealogy site that the Irish government runs.

Hi Emma,

I am researching a family tree for my other half. His grandmother was Sarah Kelly, daughter of James Kelly & Catherine McCloskey. Sarah married William Murphy.

Margaret was born 9th March 1910, and married 22nd August 1935 in Dungiven to Thomas McCloskey. James & Catherine Kelly had 9 children in total.

James Kelly was the son of Daniel Kelly & Sarah Kelly, and Catherine was the daughter of John McCloskey & Catherine Brolly.

Feel free to get in touch!

Keelan

Emma hasn't been online since she posted in 2013.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
