Taggerty/Andrews marriage 1937
« on: Saturday 05 October 13 09:11 BST (UK) »
Hello to all rootschatters,

I have been sent a photo of the above marriage in Belfast in 1937 - Beaudeau Taggerty (perhaps Taggarty) to Edith Andrews.  Apparently they are distant relations of mine, but for the moment I have no idea where they fit in !!  Especially the first name, Beaudeau, I 've never heard of that before !
If anyone can be of any help at all, I would really appreciate it.
Many thanks, Liz

I think it's safe to say that Beaudeau Taggarty/Taggerty is an extremely unusual name for Belfast (or Ireland North or South more generally), unless someone else recognises it, I suspect you will have to try GRONI for the marriage certificate.

If you can wait until early 2014, 1937 marriages should be available online from GRONI, charges to be confirmed. (Hoping someone surprises me and actually posts something though!   :))

Thank you very much - early 2014 is only just around the corner, so I'll wait for that !
