Lyons Family History
« on: Thursday 16 June 05 10:35 BST (UK) »
Hello,
I'm looking for information on William Lyons married to Margaret (nee Grant) lived Earl Lane Shankill.
Children - Charles G, John, William (born 1841), Margaret and Rosanna.
William Lyons Snr. was a marine pilot and in 1849 piloted Queen Victoria's ship into Belfast Harbour, the first Royal visit.
Look for decendants of or any information regarding this family.
Hoping someone can help

Hello -
Do you have any information on thi family?  Mary LYONS, 19, married  James ERVINE, 21, on 8 Nov 1851 in Lisburn, County Antrim.  Protestants, I am assuming.  The wife's father was James LYONS; the husband's father was Andrew ERVINE.
Thanks very much.
Pete
