Well, we can't see what we'd really like to see for dating, but going by the hair, the collar and the backing I'd say around 1900-1905. Give or take a bit, but not much.

Thank you China, I wasn't sure if there was enough detail.
And with those dates it is more than likely the great aunt who moved near St. Mary's after her mother's death in 1901. Exactly who I was hoping for  :)
My internet connection was lost overnight so have been scanning again. Later I'll ask about restoring this one.
