I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this info.
My ancestry.co is also supposed to be international but I don't seem to get such detailed info! Anyway the info you have provided is wonderful.
So after some head scratching I don't now think this couple is directly related to my Sarah Key/Cay who was born in 1716 in Ludham to Thomas Key and Judith (nee Hall).
William and Mary's Sarah was born in 1723 in Wells which would not work for marriage dates. However, I am thinking that they are related to Thomas the father of my Sarah Cay (possibly brothers or cousins). And there is a non conformist hint too though not consistent. I know very little about non conformists and Norfolk.
My supposed Sarah Cay b 1716 in Ludham to Thos and Judith seems to have married Edward Holman in 1742 in Heydon - 22 miles away from her birthplace in Ludham! so still not sure this is the Sarah I have identified. Not sure whether their marriage was nonconformist.
This couple settled down in Oulton, 1 mile away from Heydon, their place of marriage where my gr + grandmother, Sarah Holman was born 17 Oct 1744 - a non-conformist baptism. She married William Rogers in 'Wells' - 21 miles away from her birth place, again all very tenuous.
It is possible there is another Sarah Key/Cay born in Wells for whom I have not yet found the baptism. That would make far more sense than the one born in Ludham to Thos and Judith.
I am always nervous when I see great distances especially for ordinary (lower class) women in those days. I am sure that people tended to stay put and only move small distances except of course in times of strife or similar. Even now people tend to stay put. The life route i have plotted seems wrong sometimes involving distances of 50 miles.
Having said that, I have worked out why Sarah's husband-to-be, born in Long Sutton, Lincolnshire (William Rogers) was in Norfolk. There is a link between gentry families - Dellamore & Allenby from Long Sutton, Lincs who have a marriage connection to the village of Warenby in Norfolk next to Wells. I think William Rogers might have been a coachman or similar servant and so ended up in Norfolk for a while with his employers in and around 1765. Perhaps Sarah Holman worked for the Warenby family with whom they stayed - possibly the Tubbings as noted below.

Anyway Sarah and William ended up living in Long Sutton, Lincs, happily ever after having one child in Wells just 3 months after their marriage

followed by another 4 in Long Sutton. The rest of my family on this line was in Lincs and then E Yorkshire.
I will follow up the William and Mary link you have sent becasue I am of the feeling that though they may not be my gr+ grandparents I wonder whether they are related.
I live in France and have family in England so relatively easy, though initial step will be to purchase records.
Many many thanks
Amanda
Will keep you informed about discoveries.
