George needs a makeover please

Here is Flo's cousin George who had lovely dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. He was in the Royal Signal's Corps and this was taken in the 1940s.

I would really appreciate a repair and any black and whites or colour versions will be welcome. As always I thank you for anything you can do.
