Look up for Marriage 1828 Holy Trinity, Hull

Looking to see if anyone going to Hull Records Office shortly as i would like to find out the marriage for Thomas Smith to Sarah Smith 31/12/1828 Holy Trinity Hull, I need to find if he was a Widower at this marriage.
I do appreciate it is not always shown on the actual entry but I am ever hopeful,

Sorry it's taken so long. 

As you suspected, Thomas's marital status isn't given. What we have is:

31 Dec 1828 Thomas Smith, plumber and glazier, married Sarah Smith, spinster, both of this parish, by banns.  Witnesses: Henry Smith and S. Gardam.

If you could let me know what info you've got on Thomas before this, I'll see what I can dig up - but Holy Trinity is a very populous parish and precise dates, if you have them, would help. For instance, dates of believed previous marriage and children, so I could look for wife's burial.
