COMPLETED Name Deciphering
« on: Friday 22 November 13 16:49 GMT (UK) »
Hello All,

I need some help please!
I can't decipher the name.
This is what I think I have deciphered:

"Assistant to ? ? & Co., Linen Drapers"

I think the first '?' is an abbreviated plural of Mister. Maybe someone can confirm this for me.

But I can't make out the 2nd '?' at all. Is it 'Hodge'??

If it helps, the address was 256-262 Regent Street, London (in 1861).

Many thanks!
Glen

Wow, thanks Jen! That was quick!
And clearly I should be more confident in my layman deciphering skills!  :)
