Peterborough marriage 1753 Rubitham White

There is an IGI member submission for a marriage on 9 Feb 1753 at Peterborough Cathedral, Northants for Bobitham White & Dinah Harris. Can this be verified please. I suspect that this is Robathon/Rubitham White born Stevington to Jeremiah & Jemima White (married 1725 in Bedford) whose first wife Dinah is buried Bolnhurst in Mar 1764.

If the Peterborough cathedral records are not in Northants, might they be in the Huntindon Archives?

Northants don't hold them.

The P.F.H.S. have an excel file which notes all the Cathedral Parish Records for £1.
