IGI does not give the parents.
FindMyPast gives John & Mary, quoting a KFHS source
An apparently comprehensive set of on-line data (msyoung.org, no longer extant) had Thomas & Elizabeth (which matches 1719 & 1721 baptisms) again quoting KFHS data.
