John Brasher

I am researching the above person. He was born about mid 1750's and died 1836 in Birmingham. He was a gunsmith who had premises in Birmingham and I also believe he had premises in London. I am looking for any information on his London premises as so far I cannot find any evidence. Also any information on this gentleman would be very useful. Thank you.

Like you, I haven’t found any sign at all of his working in London. Can you tell us what has led you to think that he did?

Are there any London connections mentioned in his will?

I have googled him and found guns made by him, which state his name and also London. I have also found a mention to him on an American website that states that he had premises in Birmingham and London. I have found him in Birmingham but cannot trace any mention of him in London.
