Hi,
   Looking for parents of Amos Hall/Mary Ann Stevenson married 1901 dec qtr lived in Handsworth Sheffield.

I see you have another thread looking for Mary Ann's parents. It might be wise to purchase the marriage certificate to give you both father's names and occupations. Then we might be able to locate them in earlier censuses. There are a few Amos Halls around, but I can't easily see Mary Ann in 1891.

Hi Mable, the above post is the only sure way, but wonder if they can both be found on RG13/4388/104/26 in 1901?

Thinking about it, I suspect Mable may already have this hence the request for both sets of parents as neither are at home in 1901.

Checked the census for 1891 on Find my Past and there is only one Amos Hall in 1891/1901/1911 census born Woodhouse, parents Horace & Ann Hall.
